Asi nejb\u011b\u017en\u011bj\u0161\u00ed p\u0159\u00edklad je n\u00e1\u0161 st\u0159evn\u00ed mikrobiom. Tyto st\u0159evn\u00ed bakterie jsou z\u00e1visl\u00e9 na na\u0161em p\u0159\u00edjmu potravy a my naopak na jejich zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed n\u011bkter\u00fdch l\u00e1tek. Nav\u00edc um\u00ed br\u00e1nit n\u00e1\u0161 za\u017e\u00edvac\u00ed trakt p\u0159ed nebezpe\u010dn\u00fdmi bakteriemi, tak\u017ee vykon\u00e1vaj\u00ed i ur\u010ditou imunitn\u00ed funkci. Velmi podobn\u00fd mikrobiom m\u00e1me ale i na k\u016f\u017ei nebo v dutin\u011b \u00fastn\u00ed. Vedle t\u011bchto hodn\u00fdch bakteri\u00ed, ale existuje cel\u00e1 spousta bakteri\u00ed, kter\u00e9 n\u00e1s um\u00ed velice dob\u0159e potr\u00e1pit.   Na tyto bakterie jsme v posledn\u00edm stolet\u00ed vyvinuli velkou spoustu l\u00e9\u010div, ty souhrnn\u011b naz\u00fdv\u00e1me jako antibiotika. Probl\u00e9mem ale z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 to, \u017ee bakterie jsou chytr\u00e9 a um\u00ed se u\u010dit, tak\u017ee po p\u00e1r nevhodn\u011b indikovan\u00fdch nebo nespr\u00e1vn\u011b u\u017e\u00edvan\u00fdch antibiotic\u00edch, dok\u00e1\u017eou vynal\u00e9zt takov\u00e9 kli\u010dky, \u017ee na n\u011b ji\u017e \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 antibiotika nep\u016fsob\u00ed. Tento jev pozorujeme, pokud l\u00e9ka\u0159 \u0161patn\u011b zvol\u00ed antibiotika, tak\u017ee tyto nejsou schopn\u00e9 spr\u00e1vn\u011b bakterie pozab\u00edjet. Velmi \u010dasto je to ale d\u016fsledek nevhodn\u00e9ho u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed pacientem.   Na d\u00e1vku antibiotik se nesm\u00ed zapomenout, l\u00e9ky se nesm\u00ed br\u00e1t bez l\u00e9ka\u0159sk\u00e9ho p\u0159edpisu a nem\u011bly by b\u00fdt kombinov\u00e1ny s n\u011bkter\u00fdmi jin\u00fdmi l\u00e9ky nebo v\u0161eobecn\u011b l\u00e1tkami. V posledn\u00ed dob\u011b se objevuje ot\u00e1zka, co kratom a antibiotika? To, \u017ee by se navz\u00e1jem tyto l\u00e1tky ovliv\u0148ovaly, nebylo prok\u00e1z\u00e1no. Ale v\u00edme o nich, \u017ee jsou ob\u011b zpracov\u00e1v\u00e1ny j\u00e1try, tak\u017ee pokud se stane, \u017ee j\u00e1tra jsou v\u00edce zat\u00ed\u017eena, m\u016f\u017ee doj\u00edt k omezen\u00ed jejich funkce. Jedna z t\u011bchto l\u00e1tek m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt zpracov\u00e1na pomaleji, anebo naopak rychleji. Antibiotika tak mohou svoji \u00fa\u010dinnost p\u0159i rychlej\u0161\u00edm zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed ztratit, tak\u017ee se za\u010dnou selektovat rezistentn\u00ed bakterie. Nebo se zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed l\u00e9k\u016f zpomal\u00ed a m\u016f\u017ee tak doj\u00edt k p\u0159ed\u00e1vkov\u00e1n\u00ed.
